Please keep your order information to enjoy the lifetime warranty. The day you bought your FriCARE stethoscope establishes its warranty start date. Proof of purchase is required for warranty.

Only the products sold by FriCARE official or the authorized distributor can get the warranty.

The lifetime warranty covers the entire product against defects in material or manufacturing, only available for limited products, except in cases of obvious abuse or accidental damage. Dirt or stain on tube during the using process is not covered in the warranty.

The warranty is void if the product has been subjected to mechanical damage or mistreatment, such as immersion.

The lifetime warranty does not cover discolored tubing, theft, loss, improper handling, accidents, or failure to follow operating instructions

Your product from FriCARE will be repaired or replaced without charge for the life of the instrument in case of defect.

Now all the stethoscopes from FriCARE can enjoy the lifetime warranty. If you are experiencing issues with your tubing, headset, chestpiece or eartips, please email customer service describing the nature of the issue to get the warranty.
